We suggest you stop the constant checking for the steady version 10 of the huawei Mate 20 pro, just as we all have to wait patiently for a stable update probably until December.
Huawei Central has received word from the company that the software is still only available as part of its beta program that is running only in China currently.
The publication was also sent further detail regarding the update which contains the word “log” at the end of the build number, indicating this isn’t the stable version.
Huawei’s original EMUI 10 roadmap suggested Mate 20 Pro owners would have to wait until December to enjoy the awesomeness of Android 10. Nevertheless the Chinese giant may be seeding the OTA much earlier than expected.
Update of the rollout comes from DroidApp which has received word from Mate 20 Pro users in the Netherlands who have received the 10.0.0.136 update. The update itself is about 4.4GB. Pretty much but worth it if you may ask!
Some features to be expected in the EMUI 10
We are expected to see tons of features on the EMUI 10 version and update!
- The EMUI 10 also adds Huawei’s own tweaks on its custom skin
- Also a raft of visual changes
- A long overdue revamp for the Huawei camera app.
All upgrades was recently seen on the Huawei P30 Pro after debuting on the Mate 30 Pro.
We are yet to know more wider availability of the update for the Mate 20 Pro or other Mate 20 devices.
We are expecting Huawei Honor to follow suit with Android 10 updates for the Honor 20 series soon, though those devices will be running Magic UI instead.
