Nord CE 2 Lite: The Next Spectacular OnePlus Phone Features a 120Hz Display

OnePlus cannot just stop launching phones. Finally, with its latest flagship device arriving outside of China and Nord series latest addition, in North America, we are anticipating two more smartphones already at its event on the 28th of April.

Flagship smartphones are not complete without having a stunning display. Having flagship hardware under the hood does not mean much, if the device does not have a good panel for things to play out.

While the raw performance is being taken for granted in the premium segment, on the basis of how good the display is, flagship smartphones are able to strongly stand out.

When it comes to that regard, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite is class above the rest. The best OnePlus phone for most people is the Nord CE 2 Lite. This is so because the device has a brilliant balance of features, specs and price.

Leaks released recently show exactly what the Nord CE 2 Lite looks like. But if what you have interest in more is the internal, you are covered.

All for an affordable price, some details of what will power the next mid range Nord device will be revealed. Just as what you would expect from a Lite version of a phone that is already existing, it features some specs that are reduced so the cost is as low as possible

The 120Hz refresh rate was kept by OnePlus here by switching to LCD instead of OLED which makes the opposite decision as it was done with the Nord 20 5G. Aside from the lower quality panel, it is quite nice to see high refresh rates appearing on cheaper phones.

More About The Nord CE 2 Lite

Going over to the internal features of the Nord CE 2 Lite, it sports a Snapdragon 695 processor, has a 5000mAh battery that can keep the device going all day long and 128GB of base storage.

Although the specific screen resolution of the Nord CE 2 can’t be specified from the leak, the Snapdragon 695 supports 120Hz only up to 1080p. This should make up for the switch that is coming from OLED. If you count in a 64 MP camera and 33W SuperVOOC charging, it’s actually looking like a solid device.

It has been stated that the device will come in black and blue. There are no official details of the price just yet but it’s expected to be less than ₹20,000 (~$262). That’s really an attractive price, considering the specs of the phone. With the price given to the phone, what you are getting is more for less.

After all has been said, we will have to wait until the event next week to see if it’ll be as promising as it appears. We hope it turns to be all that has been said about it. We look forward to the launch of this device.
